Tucker Carlson, ousted from Fox News amid claims he became “too big for his boots,” has reemerged with a new show on Twitter titled Tucker on Twitter. His return has stirred speculation and surprise among viewers, though critics remain skeptical of his relevance outside mainstream cable news.

In his first episode, Carlson avoided Fox News-style culture war topics and instead discussed the Ukraine war and  coverups—arguing that media elites distort the truth and suppress key stories. The show, featuring Carlson in a rustic set, leaned heavily on his signature anti-establishment narrative, blaming corporate and political elites for misinformation.

Subsequent episodes returned to more provocative topics, including child exploitation and critiques of liberal discourse on race. Carlson’s message remains clear: the powerful are misleading the public, and he’s here to expose it.

Still, despite millions of views, it’s unclear whether Tucker on Twitter will match the influence Carlson once had on Fox. As an outsider now, he may struggle to capture the same central role in the media landscape.
